The theory on the use of and several technical papers on the use of navigation for knowledge, in the light of learning and experience already in the air and feeding relevant information to Ningbo Port conducted research on security issues. At first, it introduces the background, sources, research purposes and meanings. Then ,lt analyses the feasibility of s-t-s operation under way on the basis of natural condition, theoretical calculation and equipment technical proof. After that, it summaries a set of operations technologies plan as well as emergency predetermined plan. At last, the theory elaborates this technical innovation briefly.
