The stabilized platform can isolate motion of the vehicle, and can measure the changeof platform's motion and position incessantly, exactly hold the motorial gesture benchmark,so that it can make the equipment which is fixed on the platform aim at and track objectfastly and exactly.Its application is quite abroad and it becomes investigative hotspot inmost countries all the time. With the rapid development in recent years, this technique hasbeen widely used in the military area, such as missile guidance, airborne weapon,shipborne weapon and so on. At the same time it also been widely used in the civil area,such as public security, fire protection, surveillance and Control of environment, etc.This paper aims at designningthe stabilized platform of vehicle system.Based onthoroughly studies the project of the system, the paper introduces the structure and themethod of servo control system, designs the hardware and software of the control system,etc.This paper includes the following contents:Firstly, the development of stabilized platform controlling technique in the world isintroduced. The principal of how the stabilized platform isolates angular motion isanalysed and the reasonable distribution of driving signal is introduced.Secondly, according to the requirements on actual situation, a method using rateclosed-loop and position closed-loop to minish the track error is introduced, on thatcondition the system is stable. And then, the structures and parameters of these controllersare analyzed in order to implement the compound control of stabilization and manualcommand.Thirdly, based on digital servo system, a hardware system based on DSP is designedto satisfy the performance of compute ability and control ability, etc.Finally, intelligent PID is introduced in the paper, traditional PID and intelligent PIDare used separately to simulate the system. The results show that the good performance canbe reachieved when intelligent PID is applied.
