This paper details the study and results analysis on ultrasonic testing system of concrete components. The system is based on the existing ultrasonic pulse measurement principle, and make the measurement of the time and the wave of the Ultrasonic transmitting in the concrete components as the main physical parameters for research. Also the system will receive ultrasonic waves through oscillograph and other electronic equipment uploads to the PC, and then using wavelet analysis theory to study the speciality of concrete components.The tasks of the paper are mainly as follows:1. Introduced the development direction of the ultrasonic testing used in concrete components, and the existing measure foundation. Studied the still existing shortcomings and defects.2. discussed the wavelet analysis theory of ultrasonic which transmission in the concrete components, and the analysis of noise and denoising.3. described the design and debugging process and experience of the ultrasonic testing system. Aggregate summarized the difficulties the system overcomed and its features and innovations.4. Described the problems when debug the whole systems and its solutions, as well as hardware and software anti-jamming. Analysed the experimental data, and used MATLAB to do simulation study of the concrete ultrasonic testing signal. It effectively eliminates the signal noise, and improves the effectiveness of the test signal.Experiments shows that the improved ultrasonic testing system works stable and reliable, friendly user interface, simple installation and testing, and easy to operate. The metrical precision of the ultrasonic sound time have reached the existing products, and the cost is much lower. By analyzing the measuring error, it shows the system reaches the design requirements. Compared with the past production, this system has made tremendous progress, and gained a lot of valuable experience particularly in signal receivings amplification,disposal and harmonic anti-jamming. And in the process, true data have gained through continuous exploration of the transmission characteristics of ultrasonic when transmitting in concrete components. It has laid a solid foundation to further study in the future.
