Phased array radar is most commonly used in the battlefield.With the rapid development of radar technology,radar jamming technology has become more and more mature,and new types of radar active jamming such as smart noise jamming and slicing forward jamming have emerged one after another.Radar active jamming has the characteristics of obtaining radar pulse pressure gain and small forwarding delay,which can reduce or even destroy the radar’s ability to monitor the battlefield environment,making our radar unable to work normally.Therefore,the research on the sensing method of radar active jamming and the selection of anti-jamming measures has very important value and significance.This thesis focuses on the selection of intelligent sensing and anti-jamming decision-making methods for phased array radar active jamming.The main work and contributions of the thesis are as follows:1.Analyze the phased array radar facing active interference scenarios and its time and frequency characteristics.For phased array radar active interference,noise convolution jamming,noise product jamming,whole-pulse dense transmit jamming,interrupted-sampling directly jamming,interrupted-sampling repeater jamming,interrupted-sampling circularly jamming,extracted the characteristic parameters of the jamming signal in the time domain and frequency domain.2.On the basis of analyzing the intelligent sensing method of radar active jamming based on BP network,propose a radar active deception jamming and radar active suppression jamming intelligent sensing based on PSO-BP(particle swarm optimization and BP network)network Method,this method optimizes the weights and thresholds in the BP neural network with the PSO algorithm,and further improves the recognition performance of the network to radar active interference.3.On the basis of analyzing the intelligent sensing method of radar active jamming based on CNN network,a method of radar active deception and radar active suppression jamming intelligent sensing based on Faster R-CNN is proposed,and the above 6 kinds of radars have The identification probability of source interference under different interference signal ratios.Improved the recognition performance of the network to active interference.At the same time,it analyzes and compares the performance difference between the traditional active interference identification method based on statistics and the above-mentioned intelligent sensing algorithm.4.Aiming at the problem of phased array radar anti-jamming decision optimization selection,the mathematical model of radar anti-jamming decision optimization selection is given,and the radar anti-jamming decision optimization selection method based on Q-Learning and deep Q learning is proposed respectively.
