| Air conditioning unit is well known as the main facility to improve the inner thermal and humid environment of the passenger train. Since it is largely used, the amount of leaving-factory test and field repairs has been markedly increasing. To fix the condition of running air conditioning unit, relevant field test equipment is needed. However, as the performance data of the unit usually only under nominal condition provided by the factory is limited, the present field test equipments are designed according to Standard TB/T2432-93 and the successive standards. As a result, it is impossible for the field test equipment to determine the tested unit under other condition is in order or not. Since air conditioning unit mainly works under non-nominal condition, it would be great value on both theory and application sides for mastering the performance of air conditioning unit by studying how to judge the tested data under these condition.In this study, an ANN model was built for the reference sample air conditioning unit. The method of gaining the test sample data was determined with the orthogonality relationship. According to it, the performance test of the air conditioning unit was operated. Thus, the test sample data was gained. Further, simulation on the performance of the unit was studied, in which the ANN model on identifying the refrigeration mass rate and the electric current was built. In this way, The performance data of the air conditioning unit under different condition were attained.The data of this study could be the reference for the performance test of the air conditioning unit under any condition. It also could be a consult of improving the performance of the air conditioning unit and the technique of the field repairs, to help using and managing the air conditioning unit. |
