| The air-conditioning system is the important equipment of the railway passenger car, which can provide comfortable environment for passengers. Along with the advancement of the railway vehicle equipment's technology and increase of human's request for vehicle environment, the original air-conditioning system exposes some problems. For example, the temperature and humidity in compartment can't be accurately controlled. When the vehicle is running, the air-conditioning system' function may lower, and even break down. In addition, there are some other problems such as the high system energy consumption, complicated testing and repair experiment etc.This paper takes hard-seat passenger car as an example, the vehicle's thermal performance and every device characteristics of air-conditioning system are researched, the air-conditioning system's performance in two different conditions which is static or is running are analyzed, the outside wind velocity's influence on air conditioning load, fresh air requirement, condenser's air flow and air property inside compartment are opened out. For the air conditioning system's testing and repair experiment, by means of analyzing the current standard method, pointed out this standard some shortages that are not adapt to testing and repair experiment, presented the point that to do simulation experiment should take into account two conditions which the vehicle is running and static, and discussed the specific experiment method. In addition, this paper aims at the safe supervision of the air condition system electricity control cabinet, putting forward a detailed developing project.This paper completely analyzed the air conditioning system' dynamic performance and static performance. The conclusion can be used as advanced design of high-speed train's air conditioning system, and also can provide reference for making proper experiment method in testing and repair experiment. |
