With the increasing of energy consumption,it is significant to pay more attention to energy saving.China,as the world's largest construction market,building energy saving is an important part of the national sustainable development strategies for energy shortage.The high building consumption and building energy saving is still in the initial stage of the developed countries,we need to detect the energy consumption of residential buildings,in which the building envelope thermal performance measurement is particularly important.The heat flow meter(HFM)method is used at home and abroad on-site detection of wall heat transfer coefficient.However,for on-site detection,there are a lot of limitations,the HFM method is not conducive to the detection of the construction site of the wall,cannot be used in the southern region and the transitional seasons climate,site testing under severe constraints;Some factors like the regenerative properties,the detected temperature difference,data calculation method are affect the accuracy of the on-site detection of wall heat transfer coefficient.Considering the above factors and limitations of the heat flow meter method,this paper proposes a new testing method,this method can provide stable enough temperature difference;The paper prepared dynamic analysis software for data calculation,this software compiled by the basic principle of the dynamic analysis.Based on this new testing method and data analysis software,the paper developed by a set of building palisade structure thermal characteristics detector,the detector is characterized by weight light,easy to operate,simple site layout;short test cycle.It can create a stable temperature difference environment,and can be used for testing under a variety of environmental conditions.This paper under different environmental conditions on the amount of wall for on-site detection,the purpose is to verify the practical performance of the detector as well as the discussion for the complex wall structure detection.Through large number of tests,practicality and detection accuracy of the detector has been validated,some research has been done on the test method of hollow block wall and the exterior insulation wall.Through the study of the subject,detector for the detection of the heat transfer coefficient in unsteady environment provides a new wav of thinking the large pumber of field trials also provide a reference to the wall heat transfer coefficient detection.Development of this detector is a test development phase,still need a lot of optimization to improve this device.
