Physiognomy and Terrain are multitudinous. Hill and ravine are complexes in GuiZhou area. The road is also a linear structure, the occupying of and area is broad and the course is long, Therefore inevitable can meet the soft Foundation. The soft foundation easy to create the the oversized deformation and subgrade of the roadbed and road surface, affects the traffic safety and the road operation quality, therefore appears to the soft foundation characteristic research and the reinforcement method analysis extremely importantly.This article take the GuiBi partial road and the GuiYan partial road's soft Foundation as the object of study, according to the least squares method principle, Has carried on the regression analysis between the water content, the void ratio and the coefficent of compressibility relations, summarized the features of the soft soil, has studied the different origin and the nature of the soil soft soil characteristic.With the aid of the concrete project example, has carried on the research analysis to between the method of reinforcement, the mechanism of reinforcement and the material of grouting in the method of grouting which used in roadbed's reinforcement. usingDrucker-Prager model in the finite element software which is Ideal - elastoplastic ,has carried on the numerical analysis on unreinforced soil body and the reinforced soil body, obtained the data of final settlement and deformation on unreinforced soil body and the reinforced soil body, through the contrast which accounted with the actual settlement and deformation to analyze the feasibility of this method. According to numerical analysis result to quota appraisal reinforcement's effect in the method of grouting which used in roadbed's reinforcement.
