The stell-concrete composite open-web plate is a fresh structure form which is advanced based on composite plate structure. It is made of lower crossing steel ribs, upper concrete plate and shear blocks of steel tubes or concrete-filled steel tubes which connect the upper and the lower members and make them work together. In this paper, the massive experimental study and theoretical analysis are done to composite open-web plate. Firstly, In order to study the static behavior of this structure, composite open-web beams, the basic unit of the composite open-web plate, were analyzed. A full scale model composite open-web beam was tested. The law of internal force distribution for upper concrete plate and lower steel ribs of the composite open-web beams had been studied in detail. Two theoretical calculation models, the combination of beam element and shell element model and the spatial shell element model were established to analyze the composite open-web plate. Secondly, depended on some practically project field test is actual to research the static behavior of the composite open-web plate ,at the some time , a theoretical calculation models, the combination of beam element and shell element model was established to analyze the composite open-web plate. Thirdly , depended on some practically project field test is actual to research the dynamical behavior of the composite open-web plate, And has carried on the comparison and the analysis with the theorypredicted value. Finally, the quasi-static test is done to the stell-tube shear blocks which are important in the composite open-web plate structure to study the component's hysteresis loop. Meanwhile the non-linearized theory analysis has made to the stell-tube shear blocks. Finally this article introduced in detail an actual project design and the construction process. |
