Multi-storey Residential Structure System Analysis

Our country will be confronted with the continuous boom of the residential construction in the 21th century. The residence industry has been the backbone industry which drives the whole national economy's development and new growth pole. Whereas the selection of residential structural system is the important ingredient which influents residential functions of use, cost and construction. In order to protect tilth and energy, improve structural seismic ability, satisfy for the persistence development of residence structural system in the 21th century, Selecting analysis of multilayer residence structural system should be further researched.In this paper, a series of analysis is done to research structural systems of the multilayer residences, the main contents as follows:First of all, the development general situations and structure systems and structure arrangement of residence structures were summarized.Secondly, for a six storey residence as a example, different structural systems such as brick blend structure, reinforced concrete frame structure and new compound structural system were analyzed. The structural vibration shape, storey displacement of the three structures are compared by structural calculation soft PKPM.In the end, the engineering costs of three structures are analyzed and compared, the wall's energy conservation of the new compound structural system is designed, the cost of energy conservation is estimated. The direction of investigation and development for the future is exhibited.
