| Steering—By—Wire (SBW) is a new type steering system after Electric Power SteeringSystem (EPS), It gets rid of the machine connect in structure and the connatureal abuse oftradition Steering Sysetem downright, It not only can improve the stability and security ofvehicle, save energy and benefit environment protection. But also can be easy control andintegration with other sysetem. SBW is new technology which can closly buckled with thedevelopment topic of modern times vehicle, It cannot but be the trend of the steering sysetemdevelopment.This task makes the best use of automobile engineering, electromechanic engineering andembedded system. It makes a indepth study form From the general planning and the controlmethods of software and hardware.First of all, the task makes a sysetem requirements analysis and a collectivity scheme ofSBW, Sencond, the software and hardware were developed. The hardware was an integrationcontrol circuit, the fuction of which including: signals collection, low band fliter, PWM singaloutput, H-Bridge circuit, clutch control and etc. And then, following the modularization idea,the software was developed with C51 computer language. The software system includes thedata processing, digital filter, PID algorithm routine, target current computation and etc. Forimproving the EPS performance, the non-linear control curve was realized in the softwaresystem. Third, for testing the performance of this system, the test bench was designed and thesynthesis testing flatform was integrated. Finally, this paper discusses the reliability andsecurity to introduce the problem of EPS's engineering realization. |
