Constructing the system structure of recycling water, forecasting its total required quantity, generate its cost-price, optimizing the distribution of supplied and demanded and using the Geographic Information System to server the datum that needed to be saved, managed and spatial analyzed during reuse of recycling water are emergent problem in the process of current recycling water use.. This paper just talks about on these theses to provide technical support and science ground for the promotion of reclaimed water reuse.Sewage collecting to reuse of reclaimed water form recycling water reuse system. This text, based on systematic principal theory, has distilled information and spatial analyze to entitative factors relating to reclaimed water reuse system, has established the constitutes and factors of recycling water reuse structure, has assorted recycling water reuse system into sewage collection subsystem, recycling water supply subsystem, recycling water transportation subsystem and recycling water use subsystem and has described this four subsystems quantitatively qualitatively. Based on practical investigation and statistical classification, this text has classified recycling water reuse route into industry water use, agriculture water use, city water use, life water use and other water use. This text has analyzed the reuse benefit of recycling water quantitatively qualitatively, from economy, society and environment point of view. Water price management measures regulates that supplied water price is based on cost price and accommodated by government. Therefore, the cost price of recycling water is based on freshwater recourses price, and recycling water price is composed of water cost, sell revenue and enterprise gain.Total requirement quantity of recycling water is the sum of all kinds of industries recycling water requirement. Industry recycling water requirement relate to some certain factors, such as car washing requirement relate to car numbers , road cleaning requirement relate to the length of road and cleaning frequency, garden watering relate to garden area and seasons. Thus, according to most associated factors and history datum, we forecast water requirement of each industry and build recycling water requirement model.According to system basis theories, this text optimize recycling water between each recycling water factors and water used industry. Optimized indexes are least reuse water cost, shortest recycling water transportation route and most recycling water acquirement. During the course of building model, considering practicalrequirement qualification, this text has arranged recycling water requirement order and realized preferable supply strategies in the condition of lack water. According to requirements, the same kind water use is optimized. Optimized scheme build five linotyped plan models, which achieves total perfect of recycling water recourses.Geography information system has offered the revelation, storage, analysis and management of space datum. Combined reuse of recycling water with geography information system, based on twice development of Com discreteness, this text has devised recycling water reuse optimized decision-making support system.
