Scale Chain Boiler Grate Failure Analysis And To Improve The Service Life

On the base of analyzing the study status of the invalidation of fire bars of boiler, this thesis has studied the invalidation of fire bars in Qujing Cigarette Factory, resolved some problems and reduced maintenance cost, the researching results have some engineering applying values on selecting material, designing, running and maintenance of fire bars of boiler.This thesis, according to the theories and test results about mechanical parts invalidating, analyzed and summed up forms and characteristics of part invalidation, discussed types and causes of invalidation, and analyzed researching methods for invalidation. This thesis introduced structure and working principles of squamose fire bars, analyzed running process parameters and state of burning medium, especially some influencing causes of fire bars life in burning process where fire bars meted with coals, surround by the various high-temperature and caustic gases which caused cutting press, high-temperature oxidation, heat fatigue and growth invalidation. On the basis of analyzing elements of fire bars influencing it performance, four invalidation types and it influencing factors and relationships have been gotten. After contrasting various materials performance, some suitable materials and it referenced table of squamose chain fire bars have been got for production in order to improved life of fire bars.Furthermore, the structure of fire bars has been improved. The beforehand bended fire bars and pothook have been designed in order to reduce invalidation. At last, some suggestions of reducing invalidation have been listed for running and managing equipment.
