| With the rapid development of the economy and the better of people's life, the pace of our life is quickening gradually, the number of car continuously grows, it is necessary to test the sealing strength of gasoline tank during manufacturing process, for oil leakage causes huge waste and what's more, it could lead to car accident, causing casualty and loss of wealth. In order to fulfill the function, the test system must meet critical requirement on test speed and measurement precision.Based on gas pressure principle this article aims at developing a gasoline tank leakage testing system which is applied on automobile to test sealing strength of gasoline tank. On the base of general concept design, a hardware system has been constructed. Type MPXV500G pressure sensor of HIT series which is product of Freescale Sensor is used in pressure sensor subsystem; Microcontroller is MSC1211, a single chip computer from TI. C51 language and A51 language are used in coding computer operation system. We also optimize our design to improve the system's performance in resisting interference.It uses the technology of computer and electronic technology to test the sealing strength of gasoline tank automatically. The application of this system heightens the efficiency and reduces labor, which suggests that it is low-cost, good-performance, high-reliability and high-precision. |
