The law of wagon flow is complicated in our country. It requests highly emphasis in economic rationality, transport in time, diversity and dependability to cope with the fluky transport market supply and demand. Meanwhile, transportation organization and control should be more effective. Based on the basal functions of the train formation plan and train working diagram in the process of railway transport organization, this paper distinguishes between the traditional process and the integrative process of working-out of the train formation plan and train working diagram, and discusses the connotations and requests of integrating wagon flow with train-running line, which is affirmed in stabilizing the transportation order and increasing the transportation efficiency. Disequilibrium speciality of arriving flow of marshalling station is analyzed. Compared with the wagon arriving law of single-direction marshalling station, the distribution consistency functions of wagon arriving interval and wagon size of certain destination stations are presented with mathematical statistics on the basic of actual data of wagons arriving at switchyard, which supplements the study on wagon arriving law of marshalling station. On the condition of full-loaded accumulation mode, the simulation model for wagon accumulation at marshalling station is founded by using Monte Carlo method. The processes of wagon accumulation of single destination station and incorporate destination station are simulated. Such as accumulation finished probability and departing probability of every period of time, average detention time of each wagon in accumulation, total detention time of wagons in accumulation into trains for one destination station in one day, the effect of wagon flow combination and the problem of coordinating wagon flow with train running line are gained new understandings, which are beneficial to the study on the integrative method of working-out of the train formation plan and train working diagram.
