The pollutant NOx is a kind of harmful gas that it is taken off difficultly, coal combustion boiler is one of the main equipments in the power plant. Many control methods have emerged as the times require for solving the NOx emission problem because coal combustion in power plant is a major source of NOx. One of these is the fuel Reburning Techology, it is simple and economical methods in the boiler for reducing the emission of the NOx effectively.Natural gas is very effective reburning fuel, it get the extensive research because of having the merits of not containing the fuel nitrogen, high the high hot value , catching fire easily and burning, deoxidizing the NOx effectively. The Reburning Techology that second fuel use the natural gas have already succeed to apply in the business and obtained satisfactory result of reducing the NOxIn this paper, By using the CFD software, the 130t/h coal combustion boiler in certain metallurgy power plant has been simulated, second fuel applying natural gas. I studied the flow, convection and combustion in the boiler and predict the velocity distribution, temperature distribution and NOx distribution, overcome the experiment that can't get whole distribution. It provides the reference in order to apply the Reburning Techology to reduce the NOx.
