In modern marine power system, marine synchronous generator is the heart of the whole power system. Marine synchronous generator modeling is nonlinear and complicated. Many eyes were focused on the problem which is to build an accurate modeling. The modeling of marine diesel synchronous generator is very useful in marine power system simulation and controller. Many scholars at home and abroad use neural network to build modeling of nonlinear systems. And they have made great contributions. Unlike the gradient descent neural network, the chaotic neural network has more complex dynamics property, and diversified attractor exist. Marine synchronous generator modeling based on chaotic neural network has good generalization. Therefore, chaotic neural network offers a new method for nonlinear systems modeling. Main work is as follows:1) This paper uses neural network toolbox to build chaotic neural network modeling. In the paper, I need to use Matlab to build Aihara's chaotic neural network structure. First, I select an appropriate topology structure of chaotic neural cell. After that, what I need to do is to design the input layer, output layer and hidden layer. At last, I must select a proper learning method. This new chaotic neural network has good generalization.2) After the chaotic neural network structure is built, we must collect dates to build marine synchronous generator modeling. In the modeling process, first, we should decide the discrimination modeling of system which I can find from foregoing research. Second, I should deal with a series of dates I collected. Third, I can compare and do experiment to choose many parameters such as training rate and training time. After that, I can train the running status of natural and fault. And I can build marine synchronous generator modeling based on chaotic neural network.Chaotic neural network is practical for large nonlinear systems modeling. It is worthy of using for reference and generalizing. And also it provides a new method for nonlinear systems modeling. At the same time, it is of great help to projects such as training sailor. Consequently, it is theoretical and can be put into projects.
