As the power source of marine power stations,marine diesel engines for power generation have always affected the stability of the ship’s navigation.In particular,the malfunction and health of the diesel engines are very important to the safety of navigation.At present,the technology of large-scale turbine simulators is relatively mature,and there are more researches in this area at home and abroad.However,most of the research objects of simulators are ship main engines,and there are few researches on marine diesel engines for power generation.Since the working environment,working purpose and working methods of the two are not the same,the design of the simulator should also be different.Moreover,the current design content of the marine engine simulator is mainly to simulate the operation process of the diesel engine,and the trainers only need to master its use method,and lack the function of fault simulation and health diagnosis for the diesel engine.To this end,in view of the research experience of relevant scholars,this article has done the following work:(1)Based on the principle of volumetric method,according to the experimental data of the TBD620V16 diesel engine,using the Simulink software platform and adopting the modular system modeling idea,A diesel engine dynamic simulation model was built;(2)The normal operation data and thermal fault data of the diesel engine were trained through the Matlab BP neural network algorithm tool,and the diesel engine health diagnosis model was established;(3)The diesel engine performance database was established through the Sql Server database management system And the fault database,the data of the simulation model is stored in the performance database in real time,and the fault type,the cause of the fault and the fault handling method of the diesel engine are stored in the fault database;(4)The diesel engine performance monitoring system and data report are established by using the King SCADA industrial monitoring configuration software System,fault simulation system,health diagnosis system and human-computer interaction interface of auxiliary equipment monitoring system;(5)The Sql Server database is used as the data interaction center to solve the communication problem between Simulnik and the database and the communication problem between the King SCADA configuration software and the database.Thus,a data communication system between Simulink,Sql Server database and King SCADA has been constructed;(6)A large number of tests and actual machine operations have been carried out on the entire simulation system,which has improved the performance and design content of the system,and transplanted the system to a dedicated On the hardware platform.Based on the above work content,this thesis establishes a marine diesel generator simulator,puts the simulator into practical application,and conducts targeted on-board training for marine engineers.The results show that the simulator is helpful to improve the training personnel’s mastery of marine diesel generators.To a certain extent,its work efficiency and ability to deal with emergencies have been significantly improved,and to a certain extent,the health status of the diesel engine can be judged according to the relevant monitoring parameters of the diesel engine.In short,the marine diesel generator simulator is helpful to improve the professional ability of marine engineers.
