The Air data computer(ADC) integrated test system is widely used to air data computer's inspection and maintenance works. It is important to ensure the quality and to improve the efficiency of maintenance of ADC.This paper studies the ADC integrated test system, which can provide the necessary input signals for atmosphere data computer, such as static pressure, dynamic pressure, the atmospheric total-temperature information from total-temperature sensor, etc. This integrated test system should be able to test the output parameters of atmosphere data computer, which are presented in the forms as synchronizer, SIO-429, DC analog voltage, discrete digital, AC analog vector, etc. And it also should produce the power for ADC integrated test system.This paper discusses the design of the testing system for the ADC, the design concept and hardware design. The full text of the automatic testing system first introduced the concept and general aviation design method and then the working principle and process analysis, the work of this collection of atmospheric data systems require comprehensive testing system, analysis of the test system required the various input signals, they need to test the system's power supply and demand and output signal power demand ADC. According signal requirements for the simulation of the total temperature resistance temperature sensor, SIO-429 transmitters and receivers, synchronizer board, GND/OPEN state control, 0V/28V level control, analog output corresponding to achieve developed a testing program. The integrated test system's hardware unit is established based on the scheme.The transmitter and receiver board of synchronization signal, total-temperature resistance board of analog temperature sensor, 0V/28V voltage control and the transform board of 12 channels synchronizer output to 1 channels are independently designed and completed. The development of synchronizer board is the key point and the difficulty of design. By introducing a special AD converter-the angular converter, it realizes the conversion between angular and digital signal. This converter solves the problems of the three-phase synchronizer signal drive and the synchronizer signals' digital detection, which is effective improve the automatic degree and detection precision of the system.
