Large Turbogenerator Vibration Monitoring System, Data Acquisition System Developed

This thesis introduces the triturating of a data acquisition system. It supplies the vibration datas to the up-computer which can monitors turbo-unit' s vibration state real time using the Ethernet. When the communication is failed or the system is used as portable collector on turbo-unit' s working field, the data acquisition system can compressing the vibration datas with encoding codes, so more data can be saved. This system can change it' s working model, working channel, digital potentiometer' s state through Ethernet data which sended by up-computer. Chapters says as below:Chapter 1 discusses the necessity of the Vibration Monitoring System On Line of turbo-unit in power plants , extractions assignment of this thesis.Chapter 2 analysises the programme, including hardware' s and software' s.Chapter 3 intorduces the design of this data acquisition system' s hardware in detail.Chapter 4 sums up some experiences of this dubugging course.Chapter 5 intorduces the design of this data acquisition system' s softdware in detail.Chapter 6 gets the conclusion, and indicates improving way.
