According to the short of energy and air pollution problems, more and more research departments and auto manufacturers moved their eyes onto the technologies of electronically controlled engine and development for clean energy. LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)-fueled engine absorbs more attention for its superior performance on economy and exhaust emission.Based on the detailed investigation on development status of nowadays and trend in the future for LPG engine, a LPG-fueled in-cylinder direct injection system and it's realizing plan is researched, which includes the research and establishment of a more reasonable high pressure producing system, the alteration of the nozzle, the detailed research and design of a high-energy multiple times ignition system of captor discharge ignition, the improvement of the origin control system for experiment. And it is performed that the engine bed building experiment research on LPG direct injection system which designed in this paper, it is successful to realize the direct injection of LPG. The contrast experiment between the single time ignition and the multiple times ignition with the high-energy captor discharge ignition system is done at idle speed status. It indicates from the experiment results that the LPG-fueled in-cylinder direct injection system can effectively better the engine's power performance and exhaust emission, and the high-energy multiple times ignition system is valid to reduce the engine's exhaust emission at the idle speed status.
