The wet dedusting and desulfurization method is always the first choice of small station boilers because of its predominance of simple flow sheet , slightly invests , quickly mounting and so on., it is widely applies in the dedusting and desulfurization of burning coal-boiler in major part of middle and small scale power plants and other business units. But the problems existing in the operating of wet dedusting and desulfurization method is continuously puzzling many users. This article would contrasts existing solutions and discover the best plants under the current condition by analyzing these questions one by one, and the plant could basically solve the flaws in the operating of wet dedusting and desulfurization, what is more, it would further increase the efficiency of dedusting and desulfurization, at the same time it could safeguard the overall system stability. The program mainly includes three major parts: Whirlpool pre- humidification wet dedusting and desulfurization technological transformations , gas dehydration, the last is reheating system and sweetening agent machinery preparation system. The Whirlpool pre- humidification wet dedusting and desulfurization technological transformations takes the full use of the foundation of original system and adopts increasing the gas pre-humidification section in the front of host tube of dedusting and desulfurization , then carries pre- humidification temperature decrease processing to the flue gas, at the same time the first dedusting and desulfurization is in proceeding , at last the flue gas which has been disposed enters the host tube along the tangential of the gas flue to carry on the integrated desulphurization dust removal, the fume dehydration and reheat system is designed for the problems of low effective fume dehydration and fume with water, mainly use lower exhaust whirlwind dehydration device which have been checked in practice, in the precondition of highly active dehydration to fume, further dedusting and desulfurization; fume reheat device abstracts a small amount of boiler hot wind in the precondition of not influence boiler efficiency, boiler hot wind which have been heated by reheater mixes with fume which have been dedusted, and so can increase fume temperature(15~20℃), the temperature will be higher than fume dew-point, thereby avoid fume dew hazard to fan, flue and chimney. The mechanical prepare desulfurater system is designed for problems of overcome large PH value fluctuation of buck which is in manual timing equipment, effect the efficiency of desulfuration and utilization ratio of desulfurater, and indeed effect the stability of overall system, it can implement mechanical prepare and continuous automatic add desulfuration, thereby assure dedusting and desulfurization system reliable operation and assure higher efficiency of desulfurating.
