Refrigerator Humane Design Study

With the development of the economy and the increasing demands of the human beings, modern design pays more attention on humanity. Industrial Design which is based on satisfying the demands of human beings, has proposed the goal— "make everyone's body and mind develop normally" and "creat a perfect and noble life ". Humanized Design has become a rule of modern design in its field.This paper gathered, concluded and analyzed the definition, intension and the efforts people made in the humanized design for the refrigerator, and also showed the approach and method of realizing the humanized design of the refrigerator.At first, the concept of Humanized Design and Human Engineering was analyzed in this paper, and the thinking of Humanized Design was discussed. Then, the achievements of humanized design for the refrigerator were researched from different aspects, and some problems which still remain were involved.The method of humanized design for the refrigerator was analyzed in this paper through three approaches: Human Engineering, Bionic Design and the reasonable expression of the product form, and analyzed through four aspects: the considerations for human's physiology, special groups, human's psychology and society.Humanized design for human-enginery interface was made by using the knowledge and theory of Human Engineering and Psychics. The method of humanized design for the refrigerator form was raised by using the knowledge and theory of form, color and Psychology. The method of Bionic Design for refrigerator was raised by using the knowledge and theory of Bionic Design and Material. Meanwhile, the design for special groups and environment was .raised.This paper showed the direction of the research of humanized design for the refrigerator. It also provided the theoretical guidance, practical references, and supports for the students who are studying Product Design.
