Bus Air Conditioning System Cad Software Research And Development

The bus air conditioning system cover a wide range and with highly demanding, and the workload of it's design and calculation is great, the performance of air conditioning system affect the passengers compartment's comfort and bus's operation performance directly. The process of traditional design was time-consuming and bad in accuracy, it not only seriously affect the develop period of new type bus, but also the performance of it couldn't full satisfied with user's requirements.With the constant improvement and development of CAD technology, the application of CAD was more and more extensive in the engineering and products design fields. CAD technology provided designers with an effective design tool and design means, it has a important function in accelerate design process, optimize design result and enhance design quality, made the product design achieve best effect. This project based on the principle of provide an advanced, practical, complete function and friendly interface bus air conditioning system CAD software for the bus manufacturer, combined the design process of bus air conditioning system with CAD technology, preliminary developed a special CAD software(KCKT CAD system) used for bus air conditioning system design.This thesis based on a master thesis——'Development and Research on Bus Air Conditioning System Computer Aided Design Software' fulfilled by LIANG Xiao-juan mastered in vehicle engineering in Chang'an university, further improved the function of bus air conditioning system computer aided design software, and developed some other modules. Based on founded KCKT CAD system, utilized software 'CAXA Electronic Drawing Broad' and 'CAXA Solid Design' founded the graphics library of two dimensions drawing and three dimensions solid, improved the database management system, type selection system, calculation and drawing building, etc function in the software. KCKT CAD system was applied for SX6900 touring bus air conditioning system design in this thesis.Use KCKT CAD system developed in this project can enhance design level and quality and efficiency of air conditioning system in the process of new type bus development, lighten labor intensity of designer, shorten develop period, satisfy the need of bus air conditioning design, this system have a good prospect of application and extension。 Meanwhile, this system lay down a foundation for further develop a full function bus air conditioner CAD system.
