Based with the development of nuclear-medical science and the need of modern medical field, it's been agreed to realize the RIA with y-immune counter by all iatrical fields. It can provide the effective detecting measure and credible result for science research of all fields, and especially for clinical diagnoses it can supply laconic, fast and exact diagnostic method. Because of its much prominent characteristic it has been used widely. But with the constant progress of science and technology and quickening of people's living rhythm, the traditional y-immune counter can't adapt to the rapid development of modern society. Science advancement impels the social development, and the need of the social development promotes the development of science research. So this paper put forward the new y-immune counter which can change samples automatically. As we all know, the MCU is a kind of micro computer designed for control function. It's first application is control function and control means adopt embed method. That is to say, it's been embedded in object environment as a intelligent control unit. In this paper, we use 8031 and C51 language controlling the servo electromotor to achieve the function of counter's auto-change sample. The result of experiment indicates that the detecting efficiency has been improved two times than the old one besides the personnel retrenchment.
