Ships With High-performance High-power Sound And Light Alarm Device Design

Shipping alarm system is an important part of shipping automation. It consists of various alarm signal detecting parts, control part and alarm signal emitting part. The emitting part and control part of the alarm system are studied in this dissertation. The major function is that the alarm controller sends warning message by flashing bright light and alarm sound, after decided the case of the alarm situation according to the detected message. The reliability of the alarm system related to the safety of the shipping and crew directly.The firm and durable performance, small volume and high-reliability are demanded to the shipping alarm system. In this dissertation, the existent products are analyzed first, then a high performance large-power sound and light alarm for shipping is designed, the function which satisfies the wants of many users. This system has features of simple structure, small volume, reliable performance, few EMI interference and large output-power. And it also works with many linked alarms synchronously to increasing the alarm area.The key part of light alarm circuit of the system is the flashing tube and the life level of the main charge and discharge capacitance. Thus ,in this design, adopted autotransformer step-up type, two-level filter and double flashing tube, in order to light the burden of the main charge and discharge capacitance, reduce the heat productivity and extend the life level of the capacitance.The international general-purpose alarm sound mode is analyzed first, and then the alarm sound is generated by software programming in the part of sound resource design. Thus, the choice and change of the alarm sound become easily, which adapted to the rapid developing alarm industry.In the part of alarm volume output, BTL power amplifier is adopted, which can increases power usage and output high-power with the low voltage.
