The affection and harm to electric networks from harmonic are increasingly serious along with more application of non-liner loads, such as high-power disturbing loads in power system and power electronic equipment. If can't control harmonic, which will affect the whole electric networks running safe and economically. Harmonic measuring is the main aspect in harmonic problems research. It will be very necessary to prevent the harmonic bane and to assure safe running of power system with detecting accurate harmonic content real time and true, predominating harmonic practice status firmly.In the paper, take the three-phase three-wire symmetrical circuits as research object, take the instantaneous reactive power theory as academic basic, used the advanced DSP process chip TMS320F2812 as hardware core. Studied i_p-i_q measurement in Instantaneous reactive power theory deeply, established emulation model in MATLAB, modified some parameters in system contraposed with DSP's work characteristic; designed and debugged the software in CCS; at last, achieve the material circuit.The detect measurement have the specialty of a little acountment, high presision and high speed in the inverstigation. The results indicated that the system can measure harmonic total content in electric networks real time, true and reliably.The design supplies a fast and effective detecting method for harmonic father and analyzes equipments, such as active power filter. It can help to compensate current better and assure the electric network work high quality.
