Nowadays, science and technology is progressing and economy is developing. In order to fit the high-technology-war, the modern firepower-sally-vehicle which is mini-type is coming into army equipment system . In the latest local wars, firepower-sally-vehicle is bringing broad attentions with its celerity, handiness, agility, strong firepower and so on.This paper is focused on the project design and dynamic analysis of installing the weapon systems on the firepower-sally-vehicle .First of all, the total project design of the weapon systems is introduced. Then the particular project designs of three different weapons installing on the firepower-sally-vehicle are introduced and analyzed. Then the three-dimensional models are founded with I-DEAS. Then with the visual prototype technology, the dynamic analysis with ADAMS is done for the model and two different projects are contrasted .With the analysis, the better project design is got. Finally, with the means of transient finite element analysis, the stiffness of the 70mm-directional-tube with composite materials on the weapon systems is analyzed and computed with LS-DYNA. |
