| Test of artillery dynamic parameter is of far reaching importance in the design, development, production, acceptance process of artillery. Modern test of artillery dynamic parameter has the characters: execrable surroundings, much disturbance, and so on. So the thesis builds an integrated test system of artillery dynamic parameter base on PXI.The artillery integrated test system of dynamic parameter includes two parts, hardware system and software system. Based on the analysis of the dynamic parameter's characters, the thesis separately chooses the sensors and conditioners, who have the high ratio of performance to price, high reliability, and be used conveniently. The thesis designs the encoder conditioner according of the question of angle displace test. It also does some research about the calibration , data processing of automata's linear displace and noise meter. After considering the ratio of performance to price , actual need, it builds the data acquisition system based on PXI. According of the parameter's idiographic character, the thesis chooses the acquisition modules whose sample speed are 10K, 10M, 100M.The thesis uses the graphic software LabVIEW7.1 to design the software system, and software system chooses the modularized design. The software system has the function of module detecting , parameter setting , file save, waveform display , static calibration data processing, report, help, therein, the data processing part has different processing program according to different dynamic parameter.The system has been used to test muzzle velocity, automata's linear displace of double 35 artillery and noise at gunpoint. The result shows that the integrated test system of dynamic parameter has satisfied the requirement of practical test, and the building of hardware is reasonable, high ratio of performance to price. The software system has good man-machine conversation interface, and it meets with the operation custom of shooting range's personnel. |
