As a kind of renewable sources of energy, wind power is utilized increasingly to a great extend. Since 70's, wind energy has been utilized mainly in wind turbine, so every country in world pay more and more attention to research of wind turbine. The thesis is derived from the project of the National 863 Engineering Construction "Research of pitch-controlled system of wind turbine set". In this thesis, the author mainly research the part of hydraulic control system of pitch-controlled system. Semi-physical simulation test-bed for wind turbine electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled system is built up. With experimental results the section PID adjustment arithmetic has been applied and validated.The thesis includes six chapters:In chapter 1, first of all, the background of this project was presented and the author overviewed the tendency, development situation and the current research of wind turbine set in domain and oversea, then put forward the necessary of the technology development of wind turbine set. Meanwhile, the author represented the meaning of the project and put forward the main objective of this research project.In chapter 2, based on research of wind turbine aerodynamic characteristics, the theoretical foundation of the pitch-controlled method was built.In chapter 3, the pitch-controlled system was designed on the basis of the element and process level.In chapter 4, then the semi-physical simulation test-bed for wind turbine electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled system was built up, in which pitch-controlled actuator, load device and controller were all physical equipments, the others were substituted by the "Bladed" simulation software. The whole test-bed could be regarded as a real pitch-controlled wind turbine.In chapter 5, in the test-bed, the controlling performances were all qualified the requirements under the condition of lower the rate wind speed, above the rate wind speed, emergency stop. With experimental results the section PID adjustment arithmetic was applied and validated.In chapter 6, all of achievements of the thesis are summarized and the further research work, which would be done, was expected.
