Highway Traffic Safety Facilities And Systems Evaluation

Freeway traffic safety facilities system has vital function on the aspect of ensure freeway safe-running of vehicles, improving highway service level and so on. From the point of ensure traffic safety,we analyze the problems of freeway traffic safety facilities system of our country, and try to found freeway traffic safety facilities system evaluation quota system and evaluation methodlogy according to these problems. And the evaluation methodlogy has important operation significance on the comprehensive evaluation of freeway traffic safety facilities system actuality of our country and the research work of its planing, designing, management and consultation.This paper establishes traffic safety and traffic safety facilities system correlation problemes on the base of comprehensive analysis of freeway traffic safety characteristic and traffic safety facilities system actuality. And on the base of these problemes, we analyze the traffic safety status of east, middle region and west region from the point of accident forms and weather factors,and we also analyze the relationship between accident reasons and traffic safety facilities system. At the same time, through the materials we collected from the traffic safety audit of our country, we analyze the freeway traffic safety facilities system actuality of east, middle region and west region of our country, and we also analyze the existing problems specifily. Then we establish freeway traffic safety facilities system evaluation quota system on the base of freeway traffic safety and traffic safety facilities system actuality of our country, and make study of concretion evaluating indicator standard of criterion, indices analyzing and approaching.Finally, we introduce a freeway traffic safety facilities system evaluation methodlogy named Grey Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) through the contrastive analysis of different evaluation methodlogies, and we also introduce the specific evaluation methodlogy and steps.
