The graded broken stone can drain water and prevent the reflection crack as the transitional layer. It can enhance the entire pavement structure's fatigue resistance and anti- permanent deformation ability.This paper proposes two complete design methods: the design method of discontinuous gradation based on the volume design method and the breakdown gradation design method; Through the CBR experiment, we can obtain optimum gradation, and compare it with the existing each kind gradation. We analyze influence factor of the graded broken stone modules of resilience, the CBR value, the plastic deformation, the shearing strength, the coefficient of permeability. Carrying on the experiment with modules of resilience, the CBR experiment, the shearing strength experiment, the penetration coefficient experiment and provides the reasonable design variance for the material design and the structural design.In view of the graded broken stone loose characteristic, we adopt four kind of measures to stabilize graded broken stones: cement stabilization, the emulsified bitumen stabilization, the cement emulsified bitumen stabilization, the thin paste sealing course stabilization. We compare four kinds of measures and recommend two kinds of stable measures which are cement stabilization and the thin paste sealing course stabilization.We research the overseas graded broken stone bituminous pavement design method and propose the reasonable graded broken stone bituminous pavement design method which suits our country. Carrying on mechanics computation through the bisar procedure, we analyze the influence of the graded broken stone module and thickness, asphalt layer thickness, roadbed module, semi-base thickness and module Which lead to variety of the asphalt layer bottom shearing stress, the graded broken stone top shearing stress, the asphalt layer bottom tension strain, semi-base bottom tensile stress, roadbed top pressure strain, the road surface flexure, the graded broken stone plastic deformation.We carry on the research to the graded broken stone construction craft, propose the intensity examination method which replace the conventional compactness examination method and introduce uniform index which carries on the data processing...
