In this paper, it is briefly introduces a technique of designing and producing an implement of the rescuing system which can be used in the rescuing process of the earthquake. And further more , we supply the scheme of system design and the detail electro circuit devisal. In the scheme of system design, The thesis primarily sets forth reliability, practicality, economic. We realize the control for the system with DSP as the main CPU, for logic control and interface of LCD with CPLD.The new design of this implement is based on the preceding "the implement of detecting system based on sounding/viberating " model device. Then , we provide a representative practicability subject, after we went on much experiment. The studying theory follows as : It collects the picking signal by the wrecked man via the sensor based on the acceleration of gravity ,such as striking, moving, helping, and so on. Then the system process the signal by magnifying, filtering , and some other processing. And again ,the processed signal will be divided two signal, one to the way of headphone monitor, another to the way LCD, this signal will be displayed on theLCD. These ways make that succor can ensure the location of the surviver fastly. The purpose of producing this implement is making it more portable, more saving power, more convenience, fitting the requirement of salving scene. by contrast with old device, the new system has virtues in these ways: canceling the notebook, collecting-data- card. lessening the volume and the power consume, ensuring the device satisfied the planning target. We replace notebook with lcd for displaying sound wave, detect the abnormal signal in realtime. This way lessens the cost of system largely.
