Since the ninety of the twentieth century, the kind of environmental protection and economizing energy vehicle is highly supported by every Country's government and famous vehicle company because of the seriously picking up of energy resources crisis and the constantly deteriorating humankind environment. The whole research work is compactly surrounded on the HEV electrical system orientation of the advanced design manufacture technology about the S&T innovation vehicle platform of the Hunan University '985 Project' second term building project.Firstly, the pressure and importance of the research is expatiated, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed on every kind of the EV technology, and the types and motion system structures are presented.Secondly, the CAN bus communication technology is discussed, the whole vehicle communication network is designed, the mathematical modeling and simulation on CAN network is carried by CANoe. The application protocol on CAN network is established, the embedded CAN node is designed and the key-tech. is concluded, the reliability and real-time of the protocol is validated which realize the vehicle entire digital control. The LIN bus node is designed to provided the high-low speed control interface which make the low cost local network control possible.Thirdly, function requirements of the whole control technology demands are analyzed, and the whole vehicle hardware platform design scheme is putted forward. Using the most advanced 32 bits fixed DSP chip, the peripheral circuits and interfaces of the system required are all realized by hardware modularization method. The specific circuit design key-tech and debug skills and EMI on PCB design are all concluded. Using the popular XILINX CPLD device, the circuit coding theory and steps are particularly explained, the Verilog HDL modules are also provided, which settle the footstone for the Single of Chip use in the future.Lastly, the data acquisition Host System based on USB bus is designed, the whole process of the system realization is lucubrated, including the USB specification, USB Mass Storage Class (CBI Transport/Bulk-Only Transport/UFI command) specification, file system basic theory, USB hardware circuit design and the Firmware debug realization. The firmware is designed by module method, and realized the function of device detecting and file system identification and bulk data transport using UFI command, which can provide the required data for the real-time simulation of the whole vehicle performance.Through the platform research and development, to master core-key technology of HEV self-intellectual property, to make the platform more and more functional and universal, to apply them on practical projects.
