This dissertation focuses on the coupling dynamic model and the nonlinear decoupling control of the bearingless motor bearing-driving systems including dynamic model, inverse system theory, H_∞control, simulation of control system and DSP control of the bearingless motor bearing-driving systems.With the bearing pattern of rotator of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems , the dynamic model of rotator is set up. And mathematics model of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems is given with state formula. As the bearingless motor bearing-driving systems is a strongly coupled complicated nonlinear system, the decoupling control of electromagnet torque and radial levitation force, also between left motor and right motor is the base of the stable operation of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems. Based on the levitation principle of bearingless motor and dynamic model of rotator, dynamic feedback linearization on inverse system theory is used to realize the decoupling control of the nonlinear system.PDF control is used to emend bearingless motor bearing-driving systems. Mathematics model of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems has some difference from factual system. Difference is taken into account when H_∞control theory is used to design control system. This can make system keep good performance when difference changing. Based on mixed sensitivity, a H_∞controller is designed to revise the system of position of rotator and speed of rotator.Simulation of system is taken. And the results show that inverse system decoupling linked H_∞control is good to operation of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems. Numberlization of controller can meet more request of performance of bearingless motor bearing-driving systems. At the end of this dissertation, program used to realize control system is given.
