Networked Manufacturing Oriented Product Data Management Technology

In this paper, the basic theory and critical technologies of thedispersed network manufacturing are discussed firstly. After a summaryabout its coming backgrounds, developing process and connotation, thestructural system and characteristics of the dispersed networkmanufacturing are discussed also. The characteristics, organizingstructure and running mode of the network dynamic union, one realizingway of the dispersed network manufacturing system, are researcheddeeply. Moreover, the basic theory of product data managementtechnology is researched in the environment of dispersed networkmanufacturing, and its technical elements are expounded. In this paper,product data management technology is brought into the category of thedispersed network manufacturing system. Based on this thought, therelationship between the two aspects is analyzed. As result, thearrangement and structural system of the DNM-oriented product datamanagement system is presented. The theoretical issues of product data,properties and management means are analyzed, and a running model ofthe network dynamic union involving product data management isbrought up in this system. At last, solved some technical problems such asmember searching and selecting, product data classification and databasebuilding and realizing of .NET framework and program, a based on Webplatform system is set up.
