The thermal controlling of No 1 & No2 Generator Units of Shengli power plants have been refromed to DCS & DEH from 1999 to 2000 year, Adapt to changing of affairs of every kind of breakdown, break-out affairs for profession knowledge for XDPS-400 for reforming the computer controlling system of Shanghai Xinhua company, changing from originally of normal regulations appearance and single circuit control to the control of all new computer process, this right movements personnelses and operation technical ability with system of machine set ability, and thermal controlling personnel to DCS set importance for technique for request for configurition , maintenance ability more and more highly, enhancing operationing circulate personnel technical ability training with thermal control personnel training have becoming the important part of our factory's electric power safety producing.Therefore, imitate the research of developing and implying the simulating system software is imperative.The simulation model based on the graphic configuration is always developed on the basis of the principle- Computer Serves Man so that the utilization of codes is got to be improved too much.The Air Flue System is an important part of Boiler System. Its structure is complex and it has anything to do with others' system. The modeling includes many mathematic modules, such as Forced Draught Blower, Induced Fan, etc.. Some parameters, such as blast pressure of Air Supply System, suction pressure of Furnace Chamber, etc., directly influence the boiler combustion and heat transfer. Furthermore, under the situation of the combustion work conditions disturbing too big, the severe change of the air flue pressure and temperature will spread to the whole Air Flue System. The establishment of equipment mathematic models is based on the physical function of each one, and the Air Flue System is dealt with as a flow network in order to work out the parameters of air flue and air system easily.The development platform used in this paper is XDPS developed by Xin Hua Control Engineering Co., Ltd.. The equipment modules are developed on the DPU configuration software. This article gives the actual simulation developing process on the Air Flue System of Shengli power plant.
