Power Demand Side Management (PDSM) plays an important role in the present electrical energy scenario' now, as an efficient way to reduce and postpone the construction of electric network, to improve the efficiency and reliability of the network operation, to reduce the electric energy cost of the customer etc. There is of great significance to develop adequately the DSM techniques for the release of energy emergency, enhancing the efficiency and protecting the environment.Direct load control and Distributed generation are the important programs of DSM. This paper shows how the application of DSM can be a very efficient technique for energy conservation. Considering the factual condition, a fuzzy linear programming model was developed to optimize the amount of system peak load reduction through scheduling of control strategies in residential load control programs, at the same time, this paper present an idea to combine direct load control and distributed generation to shave peaking. At last, the Nanjing summer peak day load shape is utilized to evaluate the proposed model and the results provided. |
