Along with the automobile emissiong regulationg increasingly strict,the three-way catalytic converter development and applications have become the basic path that contolled automobile emissiong. Current, the electric-control fuel-injection and three-way catalyst converts that formed the shut wreath controlling technique already have become one of the main measures to control the automobile exhaust. But along with the three-way catalytic converter's service time continuously prolonging, its efficiency of purge descent constantly, as a result.So how to actual time supervise the three-way catalytic converter has become a problem that people concerned and researched. On the foundation of the whole car imitating the road experiment, this paper investigate the method of viaing the inlet-outlet temperature difference of catalyst to monitor catalyst's work efficiency. In this paper, based on the analysing the emissiong controlling technique of the electric-control fuel-injection vehicle and three-way catalyst converts' expiration mechanism and work efficiency, we have done many experiments of catalyst's inlet-outlet temperature difference character when the vehicle that we have already made selection the car type is set in stable state of different speed and load, then we analyse the record of the experiment, and get the necessary information of reflecting the three-way catalytic converter work efficiency.To use mathematics and statistics getts the function relation between the inlet-outlet temperature difference of catalyst and the three-way catalytic converter work efficiency,then build up an evaluation model that can be used for supervision the car catalyst work efficiency.The paper's research achievement certainly is useful to the ctual time supervise of vehicle's emissiong.
