With the development of our country economics, the high-rise building has developed very quickly in Xi'an. However, there are much soil that cannot satisfy the building enquire in the building grounds. With the building develop, the problem of ground is becoming more and more protrusive and has been one of key factors influencing project quality, project cycle and project cost. So it has become a very important task to strengthen the research on the improvement of high-rise building ground, Which affects the development of traffic project in Xi'an.Contrapose the engineering geology problem in Xi'an, the characteristic and the common foundation treatments to the collapsible loess ground and saturated and soft loess ground are discussed concisely. To the collapsible loess ground, collapsibility is high, and the intensity is low, deformation velocity is great and asymmetry, affect the building greatly, so that the collapsible loess of the foundation soil must be dissolved primarily. To saturated and soft loess foundation , the poprote ratio and deformation is big, the compressibility is high, the strength is low, the time before it steady is long. So the carrying capacity of foundation must be improvedBecause of the soil variation, the limit statement equation of carrying capacity on the natural foundation is established with the reliability theories. The safety of the natural foundation is analysis.The factors that effect the scheme choosing of foundation treatment are synthesized to five that include project safety, project cost, project cycle, construction technology and the infection to environment, A optimize model based on one-stage fuzzy synthetic assessment is established. It is used to get an optimal decision that has good effect, reasonable cost, short project cycle, feasible technology and security treatment.The model that established can be used to optimize the foundation treatment in the area that has the same character.
