| Through the analysis of microcosmic contract mechanism this research bases on improving the anti-cracking performance of semi-rigid base considering aggregate's gradation and variety dosage of jointing material, presents anti-cracking mixture design method of semi-rigid base material and researches into the road and anti-cracking performance . Theory and test all show that dense gradation with fly ash or expansion agent have high early strength, little contract coefficient, better anti-cracking performance, well-distributed nature. The rationality and applicability of anti-cracking mixture design method of semi-rigid base material is verified and the anti-cracking evaluation index is put forward.This paper researches into the temperature field and stress of the typical structure of semi-rigid based asphalt pavement with the ANS YS software, and studied the law of changing of temperature stress of different semi-rigid materials, which is applied to the base.To verify the result of test, the experimental project is constructed in express highway from Qingdao to Yinchuan within HeBei province on base of the laboratory test result in 2004. The initial observation shows that the experimental road has a good using effect. |
