| There are about 1.5 million TEU marine refrigerated containers all around the world, and 75000 new TEU is being put into use every year. The energy consumption problem become more and more outstanding along with the rapid development of marine refrigerated containers. The marine refrigerated containers go all over the world with the ship, and the heat load varied according to the ambient temperature, sea water temperature, radialization intensity of sun and the type of delivery goods.The compressor of the containers is all belong to the fixed frequency compressor nowadays. The rotate speed is hard to adjust automatically according to the environmental heat load and inner heat load .So it is very helpful and positive to learn about the heat load and the temperature descension characteristic for further development of container, it is also useful to explore the varied frequency compressor.The main objective of this project is to simulate the temperature and humility parameter on the sea, and then create the similar environment in the environment room by artificialThis paper introduces the formulation, which is used in analyzing the heat transfer of refrigeration unit. Based on the principle of heat transfer, the unsteady state theory analyzing the heat transfer coefficient of refrigeration unit is established. Using mathematical treatment, the author simplified the equation to apply to the practical measurement and the experimental verification is made. The theory and method of measuring heat transfer coefficient is presented. A new method measuring the total heat transfer coefficient of refrigeration unit is presented on the base of theoretical analysis and verifying experiments, then the total heat transfer coefficient of refrigeration unit can be calculated out through the experiment data.Followed with the three standards of ISO, ATP and GB, artightness test, heat leakage test and performance test (with refrigeration unit) are done on the developed test facilities. We can get the conclusion that the refrigerated container is approved by all kinds of standards.To create the similar thermal environment of sea, start up the airconditioner and record need data and the temperature descension curve. And the heater controlled by heat regulator will create the same quantity of heat with goods, you can still record the data. Collect all the data together, you can get the temperature drop curve, which is very helpful for the research of heat load characteristic of container. |
