Highway Planning And Evaluation Model

Highway is a kind of important basic establishment. In order to expedite the development of the highway, we have to mark out it suitably. In this paper I have carried out the theories of highway-planning and used the Dijkstra Algorithm to plan the road. I have combined the Geography Information System with the Genetic Algorithms to set up the optimization model and applied the theories about Neural Network to study the means of highway construction estimation.
