With the high development of identification and interception technique, penetration has become the main problem of missile design. The maneuverability of flight vehicle has been the main factor in the missile design which will improve capability of penetration and precision of attacking. The paper investigates the penetration problem of ballistic missile in booster phase, free flight phase and reentry phase.1. The paper investigates penetration scheme of the booster for ballistic missile. The development and orientation of ballistic missile homing and abroad are also introduced.2. For interception of kinetic energy killer, the paper investigates mobile penetration of ballistic missile in outer space. The six-freedom-degree and the relative motion model of penetration missile and kinetic energy killer vehicle are established respectively.3. Penetration missile takes optimal penetration scheme, and interceptor takes optimal terminal guidance. The zero-distance of penetration missile is obtained in the sine wave maneuver through simulation. The paper also investigates the effect of cycle and occasion mobile penetration on penetration probability.4. For reentry penetration, the paper takes a new control scheme of war-head maneuverability. The control scheme is Spinning Maneuver War-head with Variable-Centroid which is better than air dynamic rudder maneuver. Firstly, the motion equation of spinning maneuver war-head with variable-centroid is established. Then, the principle of control force which is brought by spinning missile is analyzed. The dynamic force calculating model of war-head in reentry is established. And the simulation profiles of the main air dynamic parameters are given in the paper. And then the guidance of spinning reentry war-head is designed. Finally, the motion model of the mass block in the reentry is obtained through six-freedom-degree simulation. The effect of mass and distance of moving mass block on trajectory precision are also obtained.
