According to the problems, this appear in the environmental protection investigation and monitoring of the FuNing highway's final acceptance in Fujian Province,and this paper will search the choice method of attenuation section and report preparing method of the protection of acoustic environment in final acceptance of highway construction project.Noise attenuation section should be in place where is wide, relatively light discrepancy in elevation, and where the earth's surface vegetation of present position is representative. The monitor value of attenuation section must true reflect the noise sound level, the low of noise transmission and attenuation of highway monitored. In the monitored section, the monitored point is generally 1.2 meters above the ground. The monitored point close to the highway will be affected by sound shadow areas of the embankment. This paper has analysed the range of the sound of shadow areas of the embankment, and has proposed the judgement formula that decide whether the momtored point is in the sound shadow areas of the embankment or in the sound shining areas. Finally, the paper gives the revision method of the monitor value when the monitored point is in in the sound shining areas of the embankment.Analysing the causes of the poor performance of the noise barriers on both sides of the FuNing highway, there are some reasons, the first place, the sound barriers are parallel, secondly, the sound barriers are not installed the sound absorption device on side of sound source, the sound wave of diffraction has reduced the insertion loss of noise barriers. The attenuation amount of diffraction of this sound barrie is calculated according to the acoustics principle, the feasible remedies are put forward.Finally, based on the instance, this paper has set up the procedure of Finalacceptance on acoustic Environmental protection of highway, set up the Purpose, principle, basis, content of the investigation and the executive standard, and set up the report preparing method.
