The girder is a major part of a Move Support System (For short : MSS), and the whole MSS security and economy was affected by the structure of the girder. But the web is an important component of the steel box girder, its steel-consuming accounts for large proportion in all steel-consuming of the whole girder. Due to the odds stress distributing in the cross section of the web, the material resistance was not exerted enough, and steel was wasted badly. It is shown by experience that the web amount and thickness is larger, the material-consuming is more in the box steel girder design. So researching and improving web design, exerting material resistance fully, or reducing proportion of no exerting material resistance enough has been used as an important method of solving large span, light weight, saving material in the box steel girder design. Because the high web (the ratio of height and thickness is larger or much larger than 250) can reduce the proportion of no exerting material resistance in all steel-consuming of the whole girder, a great deal of steel was saved. In this paper, with the famous FEM software ANSYS, the finite element model of the whole MSS50-15000 and MSS2-30 were established according to their characters and work conditions, and then the structure stress , deformation and stability was conformed by the static and the eigenvalue buckling analysis methods. The major parameters of the MSS50-15000 were tested at the construction locale. The high-strength bolt group connecting upper and nether web-board of the MSS2-30 girder was analyzed by the FEM software ANSYS, and the bolt power distribution was gained, and the mending blue print was put forward according to the bolt group of danger position. At the same time, the high web structure was researched, and the deformation and stability of the vertical and level stiffener was analyzed. Finally, the method of the corrugated high web box girder structure design was introduced, and its use range was broadened, and the technology of construction and design was developed.
