In this paper ,a Move Support System(For short: MSS) is used as an object of study .With the famous FEM software ANSYS ,the finite element model of the whole MSS was established according to its character and work conditions ,and then the structure stress and deformation was conformed by the static analysis method .The girder of MSS is not only the crucial force-subsisting site ,but also a major material-consuming part .According to the principal that both security and efficiency are necessary .stability analysis and structure optimization were both applied to it .With the aid of this work ,the results available are more reasonable .accurate and reliable .Finally ,the FEM model of the girder including connection boards and high-strength bolt group was established .The paper based on analyzing the bolt power distribution ,the more available bolts distribution was obtained by analysis and many bolts were left out.
