| Because the crackles are inevitable in the asphalt pavement of the semi-rigid base, the early erosional damage is often happened when the water comes into the base. For analysing, comparing and appraising the anti-erosion properties of different kinds of semi-rigid base materials, offering the basis for the design, the simulation testing machine is developed. The machine is used in simulating the pressure of dynamic water and the pump sunks function causing by the vehicles in the course of the practical application of the pavement.The machine is consist of two parts: the mechanical system and the data collecting system. The structure and working course of the mechanical system is explained briefly in the paper, and the develop of the data collecting system is introduced in detail.Through comparing the intelligent instrument with the traditional instrument , the characteristics of the intelligent instrument are showed, which are high speed, high precision, high reliability and high anti-jamming properties. Accordingly, the structure of the data collecting system, which is based upon the Microcontroller Unit (MCU) and the peripheral circuit, is established.After the shceme is confirmed, according to the job requirements, the MCU, the ananlog-digital convertor, the amplifier, the liquid crystal display module and other logic control chips are selected to construct the hardware platform,the data processing and control program is written with the assemble language. Many anti-jamming measures are taken in the hardware and software aspects in order to ensure the reliability and veracity of the system, such as filter circuit, the photoelectricity isolation and the average filter program.After the machine is put into use, the performance of the data collceting system is satisfied. It can offer reliabel experimental data for the researchers.For the sake of improving the system's performance, three improving schemes are brought forward. |
