| Binary ice is a kind of muddy mixture of very tiny ice crystals and glycol solution, so it is called ice slurry as well. With the advantages of good fluidity, flexible structure, etc. binary ice has become a new type of cold storage medium in the world nowadays, and has a considerably wide application prospect in the aspects of air conditioning, foodstuff chilled storage and freeze storage, and the processing of marine products, etc.With the development of our nation's economy, growth of city size, and the changing of electricity structure, the electrical load difference between day and night has become more and more large. The application of cold storage technology is the most effective measure in relieving the contradiction of electricity supply and demand. Cold storage system 's working principle is that during the evening refrigeration plants operate, storing cold energy, and in the daytime refrigeration plants stop working, releasing cold energy stored during night. In this way, cold storage system can shift peak electrical load, adjust electricity consumption structure, improve the working condition of power station plants, lower fuel consumption, and can ensure citizens and factories' normal electricity demand.Binary ice storage technology that has been studied in this project is a combination of direct contact heat transfer technology and binary ice producing technology, and has filled our country's ice storage blank, and has a positive pushing effect on the application and popularity of ice storage technology in China.This paper has mainly studied testing and control technology in binary ice storage system, has developed testing and control software based on binary ice storage system, and finally managed to put it into use in binary ice storage system after experiment and adjustment.The research in this paper refers to refrigeration and cryogenics engineering, ice storage technology, and control theory. This paper has reached the following achievements:1. Brought forward testing and control policy in binary ice storage system, established hardware platform of testing and control system. In order to meet experimental requirements in binary ice storage, theexperiment data acquisition strategy has been designed based on the analysis of the measuring features of temperature, pressure, fluidflow, and power.2. Developed testing and control software of binary ice storage system.In binary ice storage system, there are a large variety of parameters that need measuring, and the amount of data is very large, therefore, an efficient data acquisition system is very necessary. This paper has developed binary ice testing and control software by means of developing platform of industrial control software of King View.3. Debugged the system and experimented.This paper took advantage of the testing and control system to debug binary ice storage equipment, analyzed the accuracy and reliability of this system, lightened the control strategy in binary ice storage system, and put forward an improved strategy in testing and control system, so that the performance of binary ice storage equipment could be displayed more precisely.The research on testing and control technology in binary ice storage system plays an essential part in establishing binary ice storage system. This research has not only decreased the expense of this project, but also enriched our knowledge, and enhanced our research ability. |
