G045 Line The Xinjiang Sailimu To Guozigou Mouth Segment Highway Reconstruction Project

After carrying the policy of opening and reform for more than 20 years ,the social economics has got tremendous development, and Xinjiang has made progress in all aspects. But limited by the history reason, nature and geology conditions, compared with the whole nation, the economic basis of Xinjiang is weak, there are many hard and heavy tasks in the development of all aspects of the society and the economy. The 16th party committee presented to push vigorously the big western development and encourage the harmonic regional economic development. The economy in the eastern area was limited by communication conditions, so we must speed up the construction of express highways. The economy in the western areas, we shall utilize the improved transportation conditions to prompt the economic development. Only in this way the whole national society could enter the well-to-do society in the same time. The economy of Xinjiang is under the way of fast developing and healthy recycling period, it needs the great improvement of transportation infrastructure to prompt its economic development. As the national expressway network was planned, Route G045 (Lianyungang of Jiangsu -Huergos of Xinjiang) was enlisted in the national expressway network as the seventh cross trunk line of the "7918" plan, and become the main line of the western part of china. So, this paper, took the highway section from Salim Lake to Guozigou of the G045 route, studied the trunk line planning of the western areas of China, in order that the transportation and economics can be developed coordinately in the big western development. Based on scientific analysis of the actual situation and characteristics of the highway from Salim Lake to Guozigou of G045, comprehensively considered the economic planning, regional road network distribution, construction geological conditions etc of Xinjiang, especially of Yili Prefecture, Boertala Mongolian Prefecture, Focused on the necessity, the choice of plan and the environment influence.At the meantime, combined with the requirement of regional coordinately development, studied and optimized the many choices of the route, using the layer analysis method and finally determined and suggested the corresponding reasonal plan, provided as a basis of decision making.
